Arya is the best of the best, pick of the crop, top of his class… You will not find anyone more qualified, professional, or sincerely happy to help you win your case. About 2 months ago, I was caught in a not so good situation with drugs and was a total wreck on how I was going to get out of the mess I had made, but once I met Arya and went over my case with him I felt a 100 times better. He was clearly capable of taking on my case, that to me was huge, but knowing he has handled much larger and worse cases than mine, with great success, helped tremendously. After meeting with him I felt a ton of weight being lifted off of my shoulders and I knew right then and there that as long as I did the few things he had asked of me, that I could leave my problem safely in his hands and go on with my daily routine knowing that it was going to be okay….
That is exactly what happened. Just as promised, he handled things on my court date so smoothly. He came in, prepared, professional, and ready to take on whatever came our way. Because Arya doesn’t go in with just a plan A, but he has a B and C, if necessary. Within a blink of an eye, the moment I had been dreading for over a month, was done and over before it even started. While my husband and I were waiting to get through the doors to the courtroom, he excused himself for a moment to speak with the prosecuting officer, with whom he very quickly formed a great rapport. In no time, the officer was on our side, enough so that he dropped ALL charges as long as I sign up for classes and attend when scheduled. So, all there was to do was to go in front of the judge and set a new court date in 30 days and if I just attend the classes, in the end, not only would I not be convicted, the whole case will be expunged. I have never been more impressed in my life, his professionalism, experience, charm, knowledge, and skills were off the charts. Not only that, I feel as if he really cares about me getting the help I need to get my life back on the right track.. Anyone that is lucky enough to have Arya on their side is going to be very happy and grateful for the experience. I do not believe it is ALL about the money for him (although I am sure that is a big motivator, Ha!) Thanks Arya, I don’t know where I would be right now without you and thanks for proving that not all attorney’s are …..well, you know. Ha! Let’s just say you give people in your profession a good name. Thanks for everything!

The Professional
Arya was a great find. He was honest from the start; managed my hopes by explaining possible outcomes and his plan for getting the best result. He laid out everything that was required of me pre-trial in order for him to follow his plan and get the best result. He was easy to talk to and the easiest to get in contact with. Arya showed up to court as the best dressed lawyer 30 minutes prior to the start of the hearing. The officers failed to appear and the prosecutor was going to push for a continuance or for me to accept a PBJ, instead Arya pushed for an outright dismissal and he got it. I am extremely thankful to have had Arya as my lawyer and would recommend him to anyone. My case was a possession of a handgun and I live out of state. I am confident that Arya would have fought and got the best outcome (I was only hoping for a PBJ) even if the officers were present. On may 28th 2017 I was pulled over in Elkton, MD for driving the wrong way down Pulaski Highway. Not only was I severely intoxicated, I was verbally abusive towards the officers. Superb
I was charged with a DUI with my 6 year old in the car. This is a very serious offense and I was facing severe consequences. However, I knew I was not impaired and I would never put my son in danger. When Arya saw the body cam footage of my arrest, he agreed with me. He knew I was not impaired, and he made sure to get the DUI dropped. I plead guilty to reckless driving with PBJ. I received no fines, no points, and I still have spotless driving record. I would recommend Arya to anyone seeking legal counsel for similar charges.

My outcome was 18 months unsupervised (!) probation and a 200 dollar fine in spite of the fact that I got .19 on the breathalyzer. Prepared me completely for my hearing and told me exactly what I needed to do in advance. I don’t plan to be a return customer, but if you made made a bad mistake he will help you out.
